Housing is our specialty! Zuma Housing manages furnished apartments for domestic and international students. Most of our students go to UCLA, SMC, Kaplan International Center and the other schools around West LA. We have variety of housing solutions for different budgets and demands.

The best thing about the Zuma apartments is that they are furnished and can be short-term. This makes it a great option for UCLA students who don’t want to make a year lease, international students coming for an English program, or young professionals who have an internship or short-term job in the area. We are also happy to house long-term tenants! We buy our furniture brand new and are updating all of our apartments with LCD televisions. We also include high speed internet in each apartment. Another thing that makes Zuma Housing special is that we offer low deposits and low deposit reductions. We don't make international students pay an extra deposit, and we are upfront about what your deposit reductions will be.

Our most popular room options are the shared bedroom and the private bedroom options, which both include shared common areas. We can also arrange a private studio or one bedroom apartments upon request. At many of our buildings we have several apartments leased by Zuma Housing. That way, if you need a cup of sugar or you want to make a new friend, all you have to do is cross the hall! We also pride ourselves on good roommate matching. We do our best to match roommates based on age, interest, and habits, and many of our roommates have become lifelong friends!

Not only do we provide great apartments-- we provide great customer service as well! We want to make sure that all of your needs are met while you stay in Los Angeles. We have a cleaning service that cleans the apartment before every new move-in. We can also offer periodic cleaning service to your apartment for a very competitive rate! We offer airport transfer to help you get safely into your new apartment. We cover the monthly utility costs for you and deal with any utility problems that may arise. We are available to you 24/7 in case you are having any problems with you apartment or your utilities.

Type of Accommodation
Zuma Housing offers 5 different types of options
1) Private room 2) Shared room 3) Studio 4) One bedroom apartment 5) 2 bedroom apartment

All the apartments have spacious living rooms, bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen where residents can make their own meal.

Distance
All the Zuma Housing apartments are located in the Westwood neighborhood.  The walking distance to UCLA & Westwood Village from 5 min to 25 min. (Google map)

Furniture:
All Zuma apartments are fully furnished and include a bed, desk, chair, and closet for clothes in the bedrooms. They also include a couch, plasma TV, and dining table for the shared areas.

Utilities:
Electricity, gas, water, cable television and wireless internet are all included in the price of rent.

Laundry:
Laundry facilities are available at each apartment. Some apartments even have laundry inside the unit!

Deposit:
A security deposit is required and is returned upon move-out minus cleaning fee.

Roommate Match:
Zuma Housing strives to match roommates based on gender, age, and common interests.

Special Amenities:
Some apartments include a pool, Jacuzzi, private gym, 24/7 lobby security, and gated parking!

Cleaning Service
 Zuma Housing provides cleaning prior to residents’ arrival.

Security
Most of the Zuma Housing apartments have managers residing in the buildings. There is also an emergency phone that residents can call 24/7.

Visitors
If there is an overnight guest who is planning on staying more than 3 nights, residents have to inform Zuma Housing in advance.

Rules and Regulations
No illegal drugs. Noise level must be kept at a reasonable level. The apartments must be kept clean at all times especially common areas. Zuma Housing reserves the right to enter the premises when necessary for maintenance or cleaning by giving an advanced notice.

Check in
Residents must set up a time with Zuma Housing to check in. One of Zuma people meets with the resident in front of the building to give the keys and make the lease agreement.
