Once an application is submitted, it's reviewed by Human Resources for required qualifications and prior work experience. Then, Human Resources will contact qualified applicants for a brief phone screen to discuss the position in further detail. After the phone screens, we will select candidates for in-person interviews. Following the in-person interviews, Human Resources will select the best candidate for the position and make a job offer. Human Resources will contact candidates throughout the application process as hiring decisions are made.
