  • How does the application process work?

    Once an application is submitted, it's reviewed by Human Resources for required qualifications and prior work experience. Then, Human Resources will contact qualified applicants for a brief phone screen to discuss the position in further detail. After the phone screens, we will select candidates for in-person interviews. Following the in-person interviews, Human Resources will select the best candidate for the position and make a job offer. Human Resources will contact candidates throughout the application process as hiring decisions are made.

    Most of our interviews are done through online mediums remotely! However, if you come to visit our office for an interview, you can use the parking spots of our office. 

  • What is the salary range for the position?

    The salaries at Zuma Housing are negotiated in the last level of the hiring process to give our applicants an idea of the business as well as providing them with the insight on how Zuma operates.
