How we started
Zuma Housing starts from humble beginnings with one man who circumstantially became passionate about providing housing for students in the west Los Angeles area.
Today, Zuma Housing is the most reliable and most practical solution for students who attend UCLA, Santa Monica College and even the Los Angeles Film School. Not only has Zuma Housing provided UCLA apartments for rent to students, interns, and young professionals but it has also been instrumental in the community, as well as successfully creating connections and opportunities for thousands in western Los Angeles.
Fully Furnished Units
Our apartments are fully furnished so all you have to bring is your luggage when you move in.
Tenant Online Portal
All tenants have access to our online portal where the can pay rent, request services, or ask information anytime, anywhere
High-end Kitchen
We encourage our tenants to cook at home with our full kitchen setup and advanced technology.
Inclusive of Utilities
All utilities including electricity, water, gas, and WiFI are covered at no additional cost
Co-living Community
We have a roommate matching service that allow tenants to meet new friends and join events.
Maintenance Services
We provide cleaning services once you move in. All housing service requests can be done through our online tenant portal.
