 MATTHEW BYERS:

When I moved to Los Angeles last year I found it difficult to find affordable housing until I found Zuma. Through their website, I found an apartment that fit both my budget and desired location, and I spoke with their sales representative over Zoom to secure the room from out of state. Because I couldn't view the apartment in person, I really appreciated how helpful Zuma was in offering a tour over Zoom. After being a tenant for over a year, I realized Zuma would be a great fit for me. I could also see that Zuma offers a necessary service, making moving to Los Angeles easier for people like me: college students, young professionals, and transplants. Since I've started working for Zuma I've learned a lot about property management and real estate, and I continue to learn more every day. Zuma has not only made my transition to life in Los Angeles as seamless as can be, but truly helped set me up for long term success.

I am Elise, I am a 22-year-old French exchange student. After my three years in Interior Design school in France, I got offered the opportunity to pursue an American degree at UCLA’s interior design and architecture program. I moved to the United States in January 2022. My exchange organization got me in touchwith Zuma Housing and all the housing solutions they offered. The move in process was very easy, I got to visit the apartment and then a few days later I got the key and was able to move in.
